Board of Directors

The Board of Directors of Kaalo for Development (K4D) is committed to the highest standards of corporate governance and bears collective responsibility for safeguarding the organization’s mission, vision, and core values. The Board provides strategic leadership and oversight, ensuring that K4D delivers its mandate effectively and remains accountable, transparent, and results-driven.

The K4D Board meets regularly and is supported by specialized advisory committees chaired by Board members. These committees include external experts who provide technical guidance and independent perspectives, strengthening decision-making and ensuring that K4D continues to operate with efficiency, integrity, and impact.
